Branding is ubiquitous in society. You know that. You've all done the 'match the logo to the evil mega-corporation' starter. Humans cannot resist the brand, the label - in so many, many ways.

We brand ourselves. We brand our pupils and colleagues, and entire classes.

Let's do that consciously and positively. Let's make branding work for us. Let's make that branding work for our pupils.

I'm going to brand you now. You're a fantastic teacher in a team that's rapidly becoming outstanding, which focuses on the important things, and doesn't play the games of those who seek to brand us. You teach challenging, deserving pupils who bring character and personality to their work, and who need you to brand them a success.
